Who is the partner program for?
The partner program is for people and firms who can make relevant, trusted introductions to crypto projects—not for broad, untargeted lead lists. It suits advisors, studios, investors, ecosystem teams and specialist consultants who encounter founders seeking a marketing partner and want a clear way to refer them.
A useful introduction gives both sides enough context to decide whether a conversation is worthwhile. It can be a direct email or a message that brings the decision-maker and MediaStrategy together. You do not need to prepare a campaign plan or make claims about outcomes on our behalf.
An introduction is a stronger fit when:
- The project has a defined need, such as launch planning, community work, creator campaigns or visibility placements.
- You have permission to share the contact and a brief description of the need.
- The timing and decision-maker are clear enough to arrange a relevant first conversation.
Our intro-fit review checks the project’s stated goals, requested scope and any existing conversation before commission terms are confirmed. For a sense of how the team approaches delivery, see how we work.
How are referrals attributed and paid?
Attribution and payout terms are confirmed for each referral in writing before the introduction proceeds. This keeps the scope clear: both sides know which contact and eligible work the commission applies to, and how payment will be handled.
The working sequence is straightforward:
- Share the context: send the project name, contact details with permission, the need you have identified and any relevant timing.
- Confirm eligibility: we review whether the introduction is new to MediaStrategy and clarify any overlap with an existing conversation.
- Record the terms: we agree the commission basis, eligible work, payout currency and schedule in writing before moving ahead.
- Reconcile and pay: commission is reconciled against eligible fees received, then paid according to the written schedule.
There is no public commission rate on this page. The applicable rate and what counts as eligible work are agreed directly, rather than inferred from a general promise. If you need to understand available services or payment methods before making an introduction, review pricing and payment methods.
What should you share before making an introduction?
Share only enough information for us to assess fit and respond appropriately. A concise note is usually more useful than a long pitch: identify the project, explain the marketing need in the founder’s own terms and say how you know the contact.
Before you send details, check that the contact is comfortable being introduced and that the information is suitable to share. Do not forward confidential documents, investor materials or private community data without permission. If the project has a sensitive launch timeline or an existing agency relationship, flag that early so the intro-fit review can account for it.
Attribution boundary: an introduction is not treated as eligible until the contact and scope are confirmed in writing; if another conversation already exists, eligibility must be resolved before commission is assumed. Referral earnings are therefore tied to the agreed attribution and eligible fees, not simply to sending a name.
When you are ready, send the project context and the best way to reach the decision-maker through contact. We will review fit, confirm the referral terms with you, and only then coordinate the introduction.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral link to introduce a project?
No referral link is required for the process described here. Send the project context and contact details with permission, and we will review the introduction with you. Attribution and commission terms are confirmed in writing before it proceeds.
How do you decide whether an introduction is eligible?
We review whether the contact is new to MediaStrategy, whether a relevant need has been identified and whether another conversation already exists. The specific eligible work and attribution are documented with you before moving ahead.
When are referral commissions paid?
The payout schedule and currency are agreed in writing for the referral. Commission is reconciled against eligible fees received and paid according to those recorded terms; this page does not set a universal payout date.
Can I refer a project if I already advise its team?
Yes, if the team agrees to the introduction and you disclose your relationship. Tell us about any existing work or conversations at the outset so we can clarify attribution, eligible scope and commission terms before the referral proceeds.
